Returning Products

All of our products are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please return the item(s) in their original unspoilt resalable condition and in a complete pack, within 30 days, for a full refund.

Please ensure you contact us to let us know you are returning the goods by completing the Returns Request Form below.

We have taken your postcode from your default delivery address. If the items were delivered to another address, please amend the form field.

If you are returning your order via the Post Office,we strongly recommend that you get a free certificate of postage which will ensure you have proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive.

Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours. On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund as requested, to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
