Next Business Day Delivery Service

If you require a next business day delivery service, please see below to see when your order will be picked and despatched.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays Before 4.00pm

We will process and despatch orders received before 4.00pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability).

For example: Order on Monday before 4.00pm, your order will despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday, given stock is available.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays Received After 4.00pm

Orders received after 4.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following business day.

For example: Order on Monday after 4.00pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday, subject to stock availability.

Weekend Orders

Orders received on Fridays (after 4pm) through to Mondays (before 4pm) will be processed on the Monday.

UK Bank Holidays

Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

For example: Orders received over the weekend, or during a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on the Tuesday.

Out of Stock Situations

We hold vast amounts of stock and have regular deliveries from our suppliers, to ensure we have what you need, when you require it.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible. If you are within our local delivery area, we will still try and get it to you, the same day.

Clearance Stock

We offer some great deals on clearance stock from a number of our suppliers. A 5 day lead time may apply on some products, if we have to ship them from one of our satellite warehouses. Always ensure you ask.

Delivery Times

Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier, but our Customer Services will track the consignment, if requested.

All orders under £200.00 + VAT incur a small order charge (delivery charge) of £15.95 +VAT

Any orders equal to or over £200.00 + VAT delivered to any B, DY, WS & WV postcode areas, delivery is FOC.

Any orders equal to or over £200.00 + VAT but under £1000.00 + VAT delivered to any area in the UK except for B, DY, WS & WV postcode areas, delivery is £35.00 + VAT.

Any orders equal to or over £1000.00 + VAT delivered to any area in the UK except for B, DY, WS & WV postcode areas, delivery is £70.00 + VAT.
